I had a rough experience with theshop. First, when I placed the order they informed me after the fact that it was out of stock, then during the process canceled the order twice without informing me it was cancelled. I understand there are errors and mistakes that can happen, but when a customer calls to find out about a order, you lie and hang up on them? Wow. Be careful buyers!!
