I purchased a Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra mans watch on December 11, 2015 for $1795.00. In the advertisement a drop box advertised an additional savings of $50.00 if you used the code Google50 at check out. As I was checking out they offered a payment option over 12 months and I thought why not, so I filled out the credit application and was approved. The next thing I knew I was checked out and was the owner of an Omega Watch. I tried to reverse the sale so I could claim the additional $50.00 savings to no avail. I immediately emailed theshop.com customer service and tried to call with no success. It was Friday and I understand that they close early and are closed Saturday. Someome did contact me on Sunday the 13th of Dec. and was very sorry but could do nothing for me. We went back and forth via email and they wouldn't do a thing for me. Frankly, the rep was obnoxious and seemed ill at ease dealing with customer concerns. At this point I suggested they take the $50.00 off a Hummel Figurine and was told it was out of stock. I stated I didn't have a problem waiting, no response and then I stated why are you advertising a product you don't have, no reply. I found a silver bracelet I fell in love with and suggested the same arrangement, guess what it was out of stock as well. I advised the customer service representative that I would be contacting the BBB, and the AG's office and received a rreply "STOP THREATENING k about drama. This experience has ruined the excitement of owning a new Omega Seamaster. e, spend a few more dollars and buy from an Authorized dealer. You'll get the proper documentation a factory warranty and you'll be dealing with true professionals.
