Beware of theshop.com I purchased a high end c in . Since I have returned it 3 times for the same issue. When theshop returned my timepiece it was damaged. I called and spoke with Zal and Issac, and they blamed me for the damage! Now I'm being told the timepiece is out of warranty! They asked me to send the timepiece back but told me "We will not be responsible for any past present or future external damage to this watch." How convenient for them. Beware my experience. I would not recommend them for any Tag Heuer, Rolex, c, Omega or anything else - especially not to a friend. The money you think you will save by not going to a retailer you will easily spend dealing with sub par customer service! ience is that they care about the immediate sale only and not the post sale experience - customer service or lifetime value of a customer.
