Good online experience with good detail on their products. Straight forward payment and shipping. Had trouble with the warranty registration, but their social media (Twitter) assistance was superb.

theshop has TERRIBLE Customer Service. She was rude, showed disrespect to the customer. was delivered on 12/9 by USPS but I did not find any package in the mailbox on 12/10. I asked my Leasing office to see if she had it, but she didn't. I called the customer service to report about my case. She did not believe me. And when I asked that: "Why didn't you use signature-required service to deliver a watch? it is high value item. It cannot be put in the mailbox my USPS like that". She responded me: "High value? High value watch is over $1,000". Holly Sh!!! She meant that my $135 watch was nothing, right? theshop did not care about the customer with an order under $1,000, right? Ridiculous. Why didn't theshop sell the HIGH VALUE items only, the ones over $1,000? Done with this shop. NEVER CO I lost my $135. What the h.???
