I got two watches past summer. One is a Frederique Constant's one, 292SB4B26. Another is Tag Heuer Aquaracer. Both watches are awesome. Just awesome. No need to say more. I would shop with theshop whenever I get another chance. ,"1

nd really wanted a Tissot watch, so I found a good price on theshop and purchased it for Christmas. He loved it, but when he wore it the first time, a pin on the clasp fell out and the watch dropped off his wrist. It was a simple manufacturing defect, and we figured theshop would help us get it fixed. the issue.Not the case! We called several times and left messages. We also sent emails to the customer service center. No response. Finally, we reached a customer service representative who accused my husband of breaking the watch by wearing it wrong. The call turned into a 20 minute personal attack by a self-righteous and manipulative customer service agent. In the end, we bargained with the agent who gave us a $20 refund. theshop could not make the repair, send a replacement part, or accept the watch on return. A local jewelry store easily fixed the problem.Lesson learned - the watch was a great price, but the theshop will NOT stand behind the product and cannot offer service. Buyer beware.
