Another update: As of July 13th (nearly 1 month since I paid for my order), I still have not received the watch or a refund. UPS informed me that they issued insurance claim paperwork to theshop on June 30'th, and theshop never responded, I have resorted to reporting this matter to the NY Attorney General, as theshop has stopped responding to my emails. This company is the worst, and I highly recommend avoiding. It's unfortunate - I had a great experience with my first watch purchase through theshop, but the lost shipment, and their lack of willingness to rectify it is a deal-breaker for me. Their unwillingness to send a replacement item or a refund despite the shipment being insured and the shipping company attempting to issue them a refund is shocking, and may easily be interpreted as theft. ------UPS lost my order and theshop has not been helpful at all in rectifying the situation. The order was scanned into a UPS warehouse, and no subsequent delivery scan ever took place. While I recognize that UPS is at fault, I'm shocked at the lack of helpfulness on theshop's part. Rather than shipping a replacement item and dealing with UPS, they force their customer to wait while UPS "investigates" (it has been 2 weeks). I'm disgusted with the experience.Update: almost unbelievably, theshop has now suggested that I place a new order for a replacement watch, while I await a refund on the previous order, pending the outcome of UPS's investigation. Apparently taking my money once for an item I never received simply wasn't enough - now they want me to pay a second time.The email is below:Dear AndrewWe apologize for the inconvenience that this matter may have caused you. You would have to place a new order if you would like the item by Thursday and once the investigation is concluded you would receive a refund.Best Regards, [redacted]___[redacted],I was expecting this package to be delivered last Thursday.
