Sent me the wrong watch which looked used and tried to make me feel like it was my fault . A real hassle to return it and up to two weeks to get the refund and then had to call to be told the item is now out of stock and I missed out . And people in customer service needs to go back to customer service school . And they don't get back to you when they say they will .
