I have ordered three watches from theshop and love them all. The post office lost one of them and theshop had know problem replacing it. Customer service is great and will do more business in the future.

Ordered a tissot and received it within 3 days of ordering, in close-to-perfect condition. I was very satisfied. Can't say that theshop was responsible for the small imperfection on how the glass was glued onto the watch, but it's so small that its unnoticeable to the naked eye. Given the price point of the watch ($350), it doesn't really matter.
