ience was positive overall. The original watch I received had a small mark on the face, so I contacted customer service. They had me send a photo to initiate the exchange. Sent me the return label, shipped the watch back, got the new one in less than a week. Super easy to deal with customer service and they followed up throughout the process. I had an amazing experience with theshop. I procrastinated on buying my boyfriend a birthday gift and I'm so glad I came across theshop. This is my second order from theshop and I really do like their service. They sells quality products are very reasonable price which is what attracts me to purchase from them. They have very transparent end-to-end process; order placement to packaging to mailing them out. One would be able to trust their products and they come in their original packages. If you don't mind getting a quality watch without the original warranty, this an excellent place to start, especially with their extensive range.
