Excellent watch! I love it!

I ordered a old watch (order for my boyfriend for our one year anniversary. I was a bit skeptical seeing as how the watches are significantly cheaper than retail stores, but after doing a little research and reading reviews, I found out that they just don't come with the certificates. I ordered anyway, received the watch pretty swiftly, and my boyfriend loved it. The packaging was great, and the box was authentic and pristine. The watch itself looked just as pictured and was authentic too. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I order a watch on 2/10,I received it on 2/14, I opened it, there is no watch inside, I called the customer service ,they replied me on 2/15, ask me to wait usps letter, I received the letter, took the box to USPS on 2/29,and email to the company what I had done, but nobody replied, I left message online and call again , still no on reply, until 3/17 I caled again, a customer representative email me, he will follow up, I email him on 3/24, but no replied.I did lots of online shopping, THIS IS THE FIRST TICEIVED AN E, JOHOULD SEND A WATCH TO CE INSTEAD OF ASKING WAITHING THE INSURANCE CLAIN THE COD USPS,It upset me very much
