I like to purchase my watches with theshop but whay take you so long to make the purchase? This is my only issue

In terms of value and delivery I cannot fault this company, communication via online chat when placing the order was also a good experience overall. However, the problem and my warning to others comes after having to deal with their after sales customer service. Within days of receiving my Swiss brand watch I noticed one of the strap pins slipping out. I slid it back in and within a week I was having to do this daily. I contacted the company to ask how it could be fixed, since it is obviously a fault from new, to be told that there is nothing they can do, I have to take it to a local specialist and pay for the repair. Their warrenty only covers the mechanical watch movement. Later I found out that if I had notified them within 5 days they may have helped, but since I delayed to see if the fault persisted they call it wear and tear. The replays to my concerns were quickly responded to, but very short, unhelpful and at one point inferred that the fault may not have happened when I said it did. Regardless of if it was minutes or days, this should not happen so soon to a new quality watch. They simply do not offer quality customer service. Please always check your purchase immediately if you buy from this company.
