Purchased so far two watches from theshop.First one was in stock and shipped immediately.The second one, purchased approximate 10 days ago ( still on its way to me ) was not physically in their warehouse at the time I placed the order - which could happen….It took a week to get a detailed e-mail, explaining the situation and pointing out is has already been backordered - which is good service, but it could have been done earlier…The e-mail said " Product Availability: 2 to 3 Weeks". The good news is that it has been shipped just two days afterwards, which is nice !All in all, good service, they keep customers advised on shipment status, efficient….
