I ordered a old watch on November 18th and still have yet to receive the watch. I called and the woman working customer service said the watch was on back order and the company has "not yet gotten back to them" and that my item would not be coming before Christmas, and that I was very far down on the list to receive the watch. That is unacceptable. There should not be an option on the webpage to order the the item if there are not enough supply to keep up with demand. Appalled
