It took them 6 days to notify me the order I placed is out of stock and can't be full-filled, which in my opinion is beyond unacceptable. I ordered my husband's Christmas present on Cyber November 30th, when all of the great deals were going and received an e-mail on December 6th stating the item I ordered isn't in stock. They were kind enough to give me a $10 coupon for my next order with them, but that doesn't help at all. The item I ordered is now FULL PRICE at every store, I guess that's what I get for trying to save $15 with this company.....Buyer beware, especially if you are purchasing a gift for someone from this website.

I ordered a watch and payed extra 50dollars for quick delivery 11days ago. A watch is not delivered yet and I cant call their customer service, because they are always busy. They have not replied on my chat messages. I think their delivery is not enough good . ()
