This is not my first time to buy the watch in this shop. The price in this shop is definitely competitive. A lot of my friends ask me to buy watches in this shop. The only deficit is the watch can only be sent to U.S to fix if it has problems in 2 years.

I would normally give 5 stars. A few fellow physicians recommend them to me and I have not had any issues until recently and was shocked and disappointed. I am a self proclaimed watch addict. The issue has not been resolved yet, and I'm hoping things work out. I purchased a Zenith. It works great. A month later I purchased an Alpina which did not work upon reciept. I notified them and the rep was rude (I think he was new) and said I might have been the reason it didn't work. initely not! I own 30 high end watches and have experience with them. I did nothing to break it. The rep said "I'll decide if you recieved it already defected". I wore the watch for a few hours when I realized it didn't work I put it right back in box. In perfect condition. No scratches. I had to pay 135$ in insurance/shipping costs to return. I contacted them again to see when I would get my money back. I was told by one rep that it was scratched and I won't get a refund. What I couldn't rap my head around was 1. I recieved a defective item 2. I checked the watch before shipping and there were no scratches at all. Anywhere. After complaining to first rep I was able to talk to a more experienced rep. He was very nice, but still said I couldn't get my money back. Then he offered to pay for the scratches to be removed and if they could be removed I could get a refund. I'm still shocked because I have been a loyal customer. I recommend them to my other watch fanatic friends. And I return this item because I was so upset it didn't work upon arrival and just want my money back. These are expensive items, I'm very careful. I didn't see a scratch. I rarely return anything. I thought for sure it would have been "sorry you recieved a defective item, your a good customer, let me refund your money". I haven't heard back yet (if I will get a refund and will probably have to call again to find out what's going on. 3K missing from my account, I don't have the watch and have no idea what's going to happen to my money. I'll update this site on wether or not the honor my refund. I sure hope so. ch has been in knots since. I want to continue to buy watches from them they have a great selection and this is the first and only problem I have had. If I don't get a refund I'm not sure how comfortable I would be using this company again and I really hope that's not the case
