I recently purchased an expensive Omega watch from theshop. Shortly after I received it, theshop reduced the price. I contacted them and they promptly refunded the difference. I thought that I would have difficulty getting something worked out, but they were great, especially the Customer Service Agent I spoke with, Faith. I will certainly be back for future purchases, and I highly recommend this company. The watch is beautiful, authentic and a great addition to my collection.
