They essentially shipped me a "new" watch that had a defective clasp. I am disappointed with the response from theshop and it's repair team. To hide by behind a warranty that is essentially useless and does not protect the customer from manufacturer's defects or even the sale "distressed" goods related to the strap, bracelet, clasp, etc. is not good business. I am left with a bitter taste and will never purchase from theshop.com again and will never recommend theshop to friends and family. In addition when asked about theshop on the various watch forums and shopping forums I frequent- I will provide my negative experience so others can be wary and not suffer the same fate as I. I should have heeded all the other warnings from previous customer complaints on the web (Do your due dligence) I would have given a 1 Star but the rest of the watch is fine.

I've bought watches several times from theshop. The prices have been terrific, and shipments were always timely.

All of my dealings with theshop have been excellent. The products I received were as described and shipped out quickly.
