Apparently there are plenty of bad reviews about this place. I wish I saw these before ordering from them. Hopefully my review would save someone the trouble. I am trying to return an item I bought from Jamashop: the online return form only gives the options "repair" or "repair" (instead of "return"), so it is impossible to use it to return items. Hence, I called customer service. After a ten minute long wait on hold, the representative promised to email the return forms within the hour, but this didn't happen by the end of the day. I then submitted a request through the online customer service form, and of course no answer. Worst customer service ever - they make it impossible to return items. Don't buy from them, there is a good chance you will waste your money and have a terrible experience. There are plenty of other online stores with similar prices but much better customer service.

Dealing with theshop was way too easy. They had the best price on the watch I wanted and delivered it in record time! Nothing better than finding what you want quickly, paying almost half of what you thought you'd pay and then getting it delivered for free! - Thanks, theshop!
