I bought a beautiful watch from theshop - first purchase from them. The watch has worked wonderfully. I was very careful to not wear it for a full day after receiving the package (sent by USPS - left on ground floor of apartment complex without signature). I wound it up, set the time to Time.gov, inspected the movement the strap and found no defects. 24 hours later, the watch gains 10-15 seconds (acceptable) so I took off the tags (meaning no longer returnable). That's when I realized the tyvek tag on the strap had part of its very sticky side exposed, which touched the strap as I removed it leaving a scratch on an otherwise perfect watch.So, 5 stars for a great price for a great watch. -1 star for shipping via USPS without a required signature and for not cleanly attaching the tyvek tag strap.,"0

I purchased a watch and it was delivered in a very timely fashion. The product was just as described. And the prices were exceptional. The price was $60 cheaper than their competitors. Very happy with my purchase and I would recommend it to anyone.
