Customer Service Representative in Live Chat was not accommodating, and didn't even start with a proper greeting. I asked her how I could link my account to my purchase (so that I could check the status). She did not help me with this, so I just asked for her to find my status. She was too lazy to look up my order status, and just told me that the site "ships between 1-2 weeks".I dug around on the site, and found what I was looking for: A form that will query their database to find my order information. Why didn't the customer service rep know where to find this information?The price was great for the item I purchased, but terrible customer service will ruin a company.
