I bought a new watch from them but it came with a broken wooden presentation box. I wrote them three times in a month and no solution. First they asked for photos, I sent them some photos, then no reply. I sent another email, they asked me if I wanted to full replacement or just the box, I said just the box is fine, then no reply. I sent another email (now it was almost a month from the purchase date), this time they ignored me completely. Worst customer service I have ever met, just cannot believe it.

This was my second order with theshop. In both instances I have received my shipment within just a few days. All of the items I've purchased were packaged properly and just as you'd expect them to be. I will continue to use theshop for future purchases.
