I bought a Citizen watch on Dec 20 2015, had to return it because it would not charge, theshop received it on Jan 11th 2016. I have heard nothing from them (now 03/01/16). Then when I contact them they tell me it had to be sent "out" because they can't repair it. They won't replace it or refund my money. Not a happy customer!Be very careful when purchasing from this company.

I have bought three sunglasses from them for the past couple of months and have never experienced any problems. They were Ray Bans and Oakleys, all of them are authentic. The live chat is helpful since I requested to have a Ray Ban model checked out if it were made in China and the assistant did that for me.Also for an Oakley I ordered recently, I appreciate that they communicated that there would be a delay since the model was out of stock.
