Have purchased many items from theshop and always got excellent products at fantastic prices. This last purchase was the first time I had experienced a problem as the USPS delivered my purchase to the wrong address.When I informed theshop the representative Izak took my details and within three hours a new watch was dispatched via UPS. This was much appreciated and outstanding customer service.

The website showed a dark grey watch, I received a brown watch, now I have to pay for return shipping and they even charged me for the original shipping (which was supposed to be free). I will certainly never buy from them again.
