I ordered two watches on theshop at the recommendation of a friend. I am from Romania and I was on vacation on USA so I though I will save some money with the delivery. One watch was not on stock so the delivery would have arrived too late. I was announced that will take 2 weeks to make the entire delivery so I asked them to send me only one watch. They answered very quickly and cancelled my order and returned my money in one day. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for your promptitude!
