I placed an order for a watch for my husband that was much more expensive elsewhere. The customer service, warranty options and shipping were fabulous and my husband loved the watch - I will most definitely use theshop when making my next watch purchase.

Do not buy form this company! I purchased a watch last week for $2700. This week (7 days) I found it on Amazon for $290 less. theshop refused to offer a price match or to allow a refund. I will never buy form them again.
