I had an issue when I ordered a watch for a present, the box showed up Ecalled customer service not knowing what to expect (how do you prove it was empty)? They immediately checked their internal security systems and found out that the box was mistakenly packaged empty. A new box (with a watch in it this time) was sent overnight at no charge!
