This is my first purchase from theshop and my wife likes the watch (order number . The price is a bargain compares to retailers and other shops and I'm going to buy another watch from theshop soon.

I brought 2 Invicta watches at theshop.com at my last travel to USA. Both of them comes with problem that theshop refuse to solve and told me to contact Invicta itself about them. 1. a model 6433 with a broken band after 2 times regular use.2. 282 that don't work (machine mechanism broken).I tried go directly to your Headquarter at Hollywood were I was informed that I couldn't solve that there and I were told to do a email contact to have it solved. I am a International consumer (I lived in Brazil) and now I have come back home. How can I have my 2 watches fixed?
