I bought a $6K watch as a gift and ended up needing to return it. I emailed twice to arrange a return and spoke to 2 customer service agents who told me they would send the Rr (not sent). In addition to the horrible follow-through, it turns out there is an 8% "restocking fee" to return it because they consider all watches over $4K to be special orders. That means they want to charge me $500 to send back a watch that's supposed to be returnable within 30 days. Absolutely unacceptable and I will be pursuing this with both my credit card and the Better Business Bureau.
