I bought a atch and wore it 3 or 4 times. The band stopped clipping in and I could no longer wear the watch, so I emailed them I need a new clasp an asked for the address to send it to. They told me they won't honor a return and I should go to a watch store. If you cannot honor an item you sell 4 days after using it, you do not need to be in business
