You get what you pay for. I ordered a breitling superocean heritage on Black Friday. It's been almost 2 months and still, I do not have my watch. I havent even received a simple update. I have called multiple times and I constantly get the run around. I have written many emails and I get absolutely no response. I cannot imagine how much poorer customer service would be if my watch needed service. If you want inexpensive watches then theshop is fine. However, if you want luxury items, I would no doubt avoid this website. Again, you get what you pay for. Please be careful with this terrible website.
