Received the product on time and I was kept informed on every step of the process. The watch arrived as advertised. I can;t be more happier. Will shop again for sure.

The watch I bought is as described and is exceptional. I did not initially grasp that theshop is not an authorized Citizen dealer so I was not able to register the watch for warranty purposes. However, on reading the theshop documentation more carefully I realized that theshop warrants the watch. After on line discussions with customer service I learned that theshop warranty covers the watch gaining or losing time but no other service such as cleaning or crystal repair is offered. However, there is an authorized Citizen Service Center in Dallas so I asked if the watch were repaired at that facility, should it be needed, would the theshop warranty still cover gaining or losing time. I was assured that theshop would cover the watch as long as it was handled only by an authorized Citizen Service Center. While this communication took several rounds of question and answer and I was satisfied with the answer, it would seem to me that could have solved by theshop documentation in the first place. Just a suggestion!

I purchased a Dior watch, it shipped right away, was the best price out there as I shopped it and when I called customer service re Band they referred me to the Dior boutique near me or offered to have me ship it back to get it adjusted..order #

I bought a high end watch as a gift from theshop website in June 2016. The watch arrived with a dead battery. I called theshop on the next business day, the customer service rep I talked to was rude and indifferent to my complaint, I was expecting an apology after I explained that the watch arrived with a dead battery and that I ended up paying $25.00 to replaced it. I was told by the rep that I will be reimbursed $10.00. I explained for the 2nd time that I paid $25.00 to replace the battery on a new watch and I expect to be reimbursed in full. So the rep asked me for a copy of my receipt. After providing a copy of my receipt and waiting a few days I got an email that said that I'm being reimbursed $10.00!I won't be buying again from this vendor. They lost a customer for merely $15.00. I won’t recommend buying from this website to anyone!
