Horrible customer service. I bought a watch and it didn't work when I asked to get a replacement they said they won't do it and will only fix the watch. The watch is very expensive and I am not happy to get something that has already been repaired. I called the manufacturer and they said that there is nothing they can do about it when you buy from this type of companies.
