I was ordering a watch for my friend, but my order was unexpectedly back-ordered and delayed. I talked to the CSR and ask if they can ship me faster as a compensation for that delay. Wonder what the result is? The CSR was rude and told me that they just wont help at all. It's not their problem at all. Wow... ordering a watch from your company and you have to delay it and it is not your problem at all? Well played. AVOID!!
