BEWARE! Do not buy a watch from these guys. I recently bought an IWC watch from theshop and it arrived defective (a loose piece in the watch which they either knew about or was damaged during shipping). I called them up and to which they replied: "the more expensive the watch, the louder the noise"! I had it checked out by 3 watch experts and from IWC themselves. they said there is a loose piece. I asked theshop to fix it and they said to mail it back. When I mentioned that the watch obviously got banged up during shipping, they said there is nothing they can do but to ship it. I asked if i can courier it and they said that I would have to pay for it! I am appalled by the service. The manager of the shop was uncompromising, rude and pretty much doesn't care about the customer.I'm warning you now, do not buy a watch from these guys. I have to pay a huge amount now to get it repaired.

Places an order during thanks giving and nervous as I am new to theshop. But I had received the product on time and it is exactly same as on website.
