I decided to go outside the Authorized Dealer route for a new Speedmaster.I had never heard anything bad about theshop; and it had a particularly good price on the particular model I was looking to get.I can say without hesitation that the buying experience was completely satisfactory. The price on the watch was unmatched anywhere; I am getting a warranty, even if not directly from the urer; and the watch arrived very quickly at a fair shipping cost.If I decided to buy outside an Authorized Dealer again, I would look at theshop before anywhere else.

First, I've spent a few thousand through theshop prior to the most recent purchase. I purchased two atches totaling $630. On delivery UPS (theshop's delivery agent) decided to "leave at the front door". The package was no where to be found. From that point I had to spend countless hours on the phone calling UPS and theshop. It's been over 30 days and I still do not have my watches. I shouldn't be dragged through the mud and inconvenienced because theshop's shipper decided to drop my package. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable...
