We ordered a Frederique Constant watch but received an email 3 days after that it was on backorder with no timeframe information. 5 weeks later, there is no change in the status of the order and the customer support agent responded lightly that "it should probably take another 2 or 3 weeks" . Very disappointed that the backorder was not mentioned on the website . I do NOT recommend this company at all. Their prices look attractive but their marketing is very deceiving.

I buy from theshop on a regular basis and have had nothing but prompt shipments and top-notch watches without mall department store pricing. I love this place!! I often have to exercise self control while browsing the seemingly endless inventory of awesomeness.
