I placed the order with theshop for international shipping as the watch I wanted was a lot cheaper in the US, even allowing for shipping costs which was almost half as much as the watch itself. theshop kept me very well informed about shipping progress, I was able to track every place the watch passed through on it's (long) journey. I hadn't factored in having to pay for customs/import which was annoying, but still had to be done. So I finally got the watch about 2 weeks after I ordered it.The watch then stopped working after 1 week which was disappointing. The guarantee said to ship it back to the local Fossil centre which I did (at my own cost, and a special trip to the post office) and was then without the watch for 3 weeks. It's been fixed and I've had it back for nearly a week now. So, I probably wouldn't order another watch from theshop because it's been a lot of bother getting it fixed, and if I had bought it locally, I could have had it exchanged immediately when it didn't work. But the initial experience from theshop was fine, and it's not their fault the watch stopped working.Order no ,"0
