I received a defective product for my order and theshop's customer service not only refused to communicate, they refused to cooperate DESPITE overhwelming evidence that the pen was defective. I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer service.There is a reason all the goods are so cheap. They break and theshop offers to no after purchase protection.

I was in the market to buy a new breitling watch but refuse to pay the prices that are demanded by so many. I am also aware there are many fakes on the market so you need to be careful where you buy.
