I compared 2 ( brand) watches on theshop's website for an anniversary gift for my wife, and I opted for the one with the smallest band width --18mm on the Evo Petite vs. 16mm on the Classic-- to best accommodate her small wrist.After ordering, I discovered the18mm band width shown (for the Evo Petite) on their website was an error; its actual width is 12mm. After discovering their posting error, I opted to buy the smaller, expecting an easy return and paid return shipping on the original order.They refused to reimburse shipping. Staunchly. And when I spoke with Supervisor [Unnamed], he too refused, staunchly and condescendingly. Dug his heels in. [Unnamed] didn't want to reason -he wanted to talk over me- to wear me down, and even though I remained calm and resolute throughout, he eventually hung up on me.Again-- I based my original purchase decision based on errant information provided on their website. Their bad information. Their mis-information. Had their website shown the correct band widths, I would have ordered the smallest and there would not have been any need for return. Was there a problem with the original watch? Nope, not at all. And that's where the and [Unnamed] end their case, done. Never mind the bad info they provided which skewed my original purchase decision. [Unnamed] and theshop REFUSED to see it any way but their own, customer (and customer service) be darned. [Unnamed] also refused to allow me to elevate my complaint, insisting the theshop buck stops with him.way: stay away. Is it about the five bucks it will cost me to return a watch? Nope, I've got the five bucks. It's about theshop's abusing context and principle and customer service and human exchange. If you feel you er from theshop because the pricing is (seeming) too good to be true, make sure the specs and description of watch you are buying (OR CO is factual (adding that one should not need to be a sleuth or cross check data for a watch purchase), or be prepared for an especially good dose of customer harassment and condescension from [Unnamed], or his likes.Compare the customer service of theshop to the likes of [the people who offer 2-day shipping]. Wow. u really fall in love with [the people who offer 2-day shipping].theshop, I welcome your rebuttal. Spin it.

I purchased a watch for my son for his birthday and he couldn't be happier with it! I will buy from theshop again.
