I realize I purchased grey market goods but the price was right and the quality was great. However I was surprised to receive a foreign language product manual (Italian in my case). Also straps are sent with a Tyvek band attached, so it's impossible to wear (and try) the products during the return period, which is truly disappointing. Removing the Tyvek band terminates return rights; this is not disclosed at the time of sale, which Is disappointing. Buyers should understand this. Otherwise a smooth purchase.
