I purchased a watch from theshop as a s Day gift for my wife. At that time, their website indicated this item was in stock. Two days later, I was notified that it was backordered for 3-5 weeks, so no chance that her gift would be delivered in time for s Day. On , I asked about the status of my order and was told that it was still on backorder. After over 5 weeks on ābackorderā, I asked about the status of my order again but didnāt receive a response until two days later telling me that the watch I ordered is no longer available. Then for the āinconvenienceā (their wording) of having been lied to that the watch was in stock, then that it was backordered, and then not being told that it was no longer available until two days after my last inquiry, they offered me a whole $5 off my next order. I do a lot of online shopping, but this is THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED online.
