I made an order for a watch and paid with Paypal. After a few days I still hadn't received a tracking number so i contacted the shop over the chat and they said they needed my credit card details to confirm my order. Stupidly gave them my cc details, which they then used to charge my card without asking my permission. Important note: I had already paid for the watch using paypal.Well, according to theshop it was because Paypal doesn't guarantee the payment. Spoke to Paypal. Of course they do. In the end, they chose to cancel my order and now I've been waiting since last week for a refund.

Recently, my favorite seiko watch broke. After a brief search for a replacement, I found this company. The price was fair, the watch quality was excellent, and I was able to have it delivered early the next morning. I would definitely use this company again. ,"1

All - anything good you read about this company is an obvious plant. I've got have several personal data points on ordering from this company and none of them are good. They are classic bait and switch with almost all their sales. They seemingly can not track their inventory....again, they lead you to believe they have something in stock at a great price and then try to stick it to you with "sorry, not in our warehouse....so how about this" They will not make good on commitments to customers - instead they opt to cancel your order when challenged. Stay away from these rip off artist....please don't become an enabler like I was.
