I purchased and received a watch that was broken. The winding mechanism was broken. I sent it back in the same condition I received it in. When theshop got the watch back the customer service manager, that has been holding me hostage to this transaction, and has been LAUGHING AT uestioning RITY, told me to "sit down." I knew right away what was going on. The manager was laying the groundwork to claim that the watch was sent out in good order and sent back in bad order thus nullifying a refund. He began to explain to me the condition that the watch was, allegedly, received in. He started by saying "did you drop this watch?" The winder was broken and he accused me of "over winding it". He also claims the watch has scratches on it. I had the watch for 4 days, and never wore it. Scratches? The watch came broken and was returned EXACTLY how I received it. I could not believe I had bought a BROKEN WATCH for close to $6000.00. I overnight-ed the watch back the same way it was sent. The same protective packaging. The customer service manager has also accused me of "cyber bullying" by sharing my experience in my reviews. All of the negative reviews on this company have the same theme to them and quickly get buried by positive reviews. Read the negative reviews. They all tell the same tale, broken or fake product, HORRIFIC customer service and bullying. They charge you, send you something broken, it gets returned and then they are in a position of strength with the product and the money. NEVER AGAIN.
