I bought JLC Grande reverso in Rose Gold from theshop during black Friday. I had checked before ordering and it was in stock. The watch was shipped the very next day. I received the watch and it came with all tags and packaging. Since it is a manual watch, I wound it and left it to run for 24 hours, I ensured that I do not take the tags off. Next day morning the watch stopped working. I called Jaeger LeCoultre to troubleshoot and they told me the watch is faulty and should be replaced. sank, I had read all these negative comments about poor theshop customer service. I imagined every nasty scenario and the hassle that I would have to go through ….. I had paid a bomb to get the watch and was very stressed………however, I received excellent customer service...5 stars...I called customer service. Levi picked my call and said ‘no problem sir, I’m sending you the Rtand by all the products we sell’. I went to UPS to ship the watch and they asked me 138 USD for shipping including insurance for this watch. I called again and this time Levi told me 'do not worry, I’ll send you a return label as it would cost a fourth if we do it'. After the watch was delivered, I called the very next morning and this time Dee took my call, she put me on hold, got my returned watch pulled out of the received consignments and told me on the phone in 5 mins “Sir you are all set, we are shipping you the replacement watch today”. I was pleasantly surprised that this was such a breeze. Excellent customer service !!! I called in the evening around 8 to check, Dee told me it is on the way and I’ll get the tracking no shortly, and she was right on target. They even refunded me the money for a new leather strap since I was not too happy with it (Thanks Leo). Next day Levi followed it up with an email and asked if everything is fine and I am happy…….I’m really happy. I was nice to these guys and they were super nice to me…..Thanks Levi, Dee, Leo......P.S. – I just ordered something from theshop for my wife for the holiday gift

It took 7 days in order thw can send me my products this without counting the 4-5 business days of sending my products definetely i won't be buying anything on that website
