i bought a watch from theshop to be delivered to UK. the usps supposed to deliver the item, i tracked the item and it was local post office, i tried to find out which post office was that but either usps nor theshop did not know where the item was. i was advised to be informed and but never happened. they are very rude and dont response to e mails. after 8 weeks they informed me that the item was returned to the us due to non payment the custom charges and they hold me responsible for that. although i had a couple of e mails requesting a item location for payment they decided to deduct the shipping fee. it has been 3 weeks and they dont response to my e mails and no refund has been done.this is a dodgy company and this never happened to me , stay away if you are not based us.

Purchased Tissot Chemin des Tourelles squelette watch. Shipped fast and extremely, properly packaged. Watch is gorgeous, bought as gift for Christmas - and theshop has extended their return/exchange policy to accomodate gifts which is reassuring. They have excellent return /exchange policy which sealed the deal , not to mention the awesome savings in price. Originally purchasing it from Bloomies but, theshop provided additional $755 savings! Incredible savings, professional and trusted company, will recommend to everyone.
