came on time, the packaging are ok though the watch box itself has a little bit of a stain on it but not a big deal at all. Defenitely will recomend to a friend.

I loved it so much, my husband bought it for me and it was the best gift ever.I recommend it big time!!!!!!!!

Service and product quality control and packaging/handling are mediocre but for the heavy discount it still makes sense for the consumer.You WILL encounter hassles if you buy in bulk like I do.Overall, I have saved thousands for minor consternation.Best used for low to mid tier products...would not go over $4000 and risk a restocking fee unless I had some kind of special assurance. Even then, it is s questionable idea.
