This was the first time I've ordered from theshop. I purchased a Fossil watch for my wife's birthday and paid extra for 2 day shipping. Well her birthday has come and gone and still no watch. They sent me a generic email about not having it in stock and should now take 1-2 weeks. I order most of my items from online places - Ebay, Amazon, ect, and always get a pretty accurate shipping expectation. I have never ordered from a site that states the product is "Out of Stock" and I would not have ordered from theshop if they would have advertised it as out of stock. I received below from them the next day after placing the order: "Fossil Vintage mpagne Dial Gold-Tone Ladies Wa ------->Product Availability: 1 to 2 Weekstheshop.com has already backordered these item(s) for you. The estimated time it will take to ship this item out of our warehouse is posted above." I have emailed them (6 days ago) to ask for a realistic time-frame and refund on they extra spent on 2 day shipping - so far, No response!
