Ordered a watch that never arrived , called customer service to refund the money , it never happened.Ended up canceling my credit card to avoid charges

Bought an or the wife for Christmas gift. I am so happy with this company's service. I am ALWAYS nervous ordering online especially if there is a date that I need to get the items by, in this case, Christmas. But much to my delight, the bag came in today which is 5 DAYS EARLIER than date given for arrival! Thank you so much. Wish all online purchase experiences were like this.

The purchase was made on Oct 28, 2015 and till mid January didn't receive the purchase. It has been months and still waiting for the claim process to start. :(:(
