I purchased a Citizen titanium watch that was about half the price of anywhere else. The product was as advertised and came when they said it would. The only problem was that the factory watch instructions had not changed with a difference with the watch. The problem was not theshops fault. I would have no problem whatsoever purchasing from them again.
