Bought a Invicta watch on 30 December. However the bracelet clasp was not original. IV contacted the Invicta company directly and was told tat the original model only arrives in gold clasp, this clasp was silver! The customer service person named Lilian failed to reply my email despite initially telling me that an inspection was requested at their site. iv wrote to them 4 times to no avail.!! Well Iv paid $350 for a non authentic watch, least not even a reply from them. Bravo. worst experience ever. Order number was #
